Inspection of Segmental Box Girder with nut and bolts and erection of girders. Responsible for preparation of site instruction book, daily progress report, measurement book, reinforcement register and RFI. Responsible for cost estimation and quantity calculation from drawings and recording in measurement book in running bill of contractor. Responsible for concrete work and mixing of concrete at batching plant. Checking of BBS, Quality document including Cement testing which includes Fineness of cement, Specific gravity of cement, Consistency test, Initial & Final setting time of cement and Compressive strength of cement and concrete testing which includes Slump test, cube test.etc. Maintaining a register, concreting, testing of pile, initial, routine load test for horizontal and vertical. Conducting Load Test in Spans of Major structure. All computer works, correspondence and Lab documentation etc.After completion of structure, Inspection & Maintenance of Bridge structure. Repair & rectification works as per IS codes. Working with Good SHE practices.
