Carnival Cruise Line Video-on-Demand (VoD) Streaming Platform

• Carnival Cruise Line’s onboard Video-on-Demand streaming service enables guests to access entertainment content and navigate onboard services.
• Validated end-to-end Video on Demand (VOD) and digital experience features, including Movie Under the Stars (MUTS), Broadcast in a Box (BIB), Music on Demand, Digital Signage, Multiviewer, and Electronic Program Guide (EPG), across shipboard systems.
• Designed and implemented a Selenium-based automation framework, creating reusable test scripts for admin portals and mobile applications to improve test efficiency and coverage.
• Designed functional test cases based on use cases covering minute requirements using the TestRail tool.
• Code optimization and refactoring to improve the efficiency of automation code.

Next Generation Hotspot 2.0, Wi-Fi Hotspot 2.0.

• Led end-to-end manual and automation testing for a cloud-based Hotspot 2.0 solution, supporting guests, employees, and legacy devices, with roaming and MAC-based authentication.
• Automated functional and regression test suites using Selenium, TestNG, and Appium (Android) significantly improve test coverage and release stability.
• Performed API, performance, and load testing using JMeter, along with backend validation using SQL.
• Managed the full defect life cycle using JIRA, collaborating with Agile/Scrum teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
• Supported CI builds, deployments, release validations, and production support, ensuring smooth go-lives, and system reliability.

• Executed end-to-end Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), including requirement analysis, test planning, test case design, test execution, and defect reporting for a web-based healthcare insurance application.
• Collaborated with onshore teams and business stakeholders to analyze requirements, conduct walkthroughs, and ensure test coverage using RTM and Test Matrix.
• Designed, executed, and optimized manual test cases and test data to maximize defect detection and application quality.
• Identified, logged, prioritized, and tracked defects through the complete Defect Life Cycle using industry-standard tools.
• Prepared daily and weekly Test Status Reports, participated in client status calls, and ensured on-time, high-quality releases.
