• Proper scheduling of Calibration & Validation as per planner. • Set up the Reliability – predictive maintenance culture in the plant by introducing various techniques like vibration & thermography analysis.

• Coordinating with AMC vendors for maintenance and trouble shooting.

• Planning, budgeting and arranging of required spares and consumables and maintaining emergency spares.

• Maintaining all the related documents i.e.: log books, calibration and consumption records.

• Experience of handling brownfield projects (civil & mechanical activities) and to ensure completion of projects with in timeline.

• Prepare, schedule, coordination and monitor the assigned engineering projects.

• Monitor compliance to applicable QC policies, standards & specifications.

• Interact daily with the clients to interpret need and requirements and represent them in the field.

• Perform overall quality control of the work (Budget, schedule, plan, vendor performance) and report regularly on project status.
