Finite Element Analysis Of A Composite Leaf Spring, The objective of this study is to analyze the composite leaf spring structure manufactured by the industry for Chevrolet Corvette Grand model. The material used for the manufacturing is reinforced fiberglass epoxy. Delamination and micro cracks appeared in the mid-section of the composite leaf spring due to static and dynamic loading conditions. The loading conditions are recreated and simulated using commercial FEA software.
