- To Coordinate with House Keeping Vendor against the staff roasters of House Keeping as per allocation in each store.
- To Coordinate with HO Facility Team against the Vendor Payment, Cause discussion, Quotation Posting and new projects.
- To Coordinate with landlord against the building maintenance or fire NOC and local bodies envolment against Municipal corporation Support.
- To create awareness among the all store team on proper and safely using of Electrical equipment such as DG, AC, Elevators, Alternate lighting, cost management in order to counter causalities and minimize cost.
- To check CCTV performance, camera allocation and DVR performance.
- To coordinate with the vendors against the supply of new equipments and their maintenance during warranty period.

Worked On Star Delta Starter, Most induction motors are started directly on line, but when very large motors are started that way, they cause a disturbance of voltage on the supply lines due to large starting current surges. To limit the starting current surge, large induction motors are started at reduced voltage and then have full supply voltage reconnected when they run up to near rotated speed. Two methods are used for reduction of starting voltage are star delta starting and auto transformer stating.
