My background-shaped by poverty, domestic violence, stammering and selfdiagnosed learning disabilities ( Dyslexia and Dyspraxia) -fuels my desire to champion marginalized individuals' rights and create balanced representation. I strive to break down barriers for people facing ableism, Body Shaming, Ageism, and more.

- The beVisioneers fellowship program aims to make a positive and lasting impact on the environment by identifying promising young innovators from around the world, irrespective of background, and providing them with the training, mentoring, expert support and funding to realize their local projects for sustainable action
- Working on my community based Project 'Green Disability' and exploring the intersection of Disability and Climate Change.

- Building the 'Green Disability' community, as I have observed the fact that the disability community is ignored when it comes to Climate Conversations
- Now we all are saying one sentence in Solidarity: Climate Crisis is our crisis too!!! Accessibility goes hand in hand with Sustainability
- Being the largest minority of the world (17-22%) of the world's population it is our right and duty to be part of the solution
- Our community is being marginalized and vulnerable in times of Climate Disasters
- There is no Climate Justice Without Disability Justice
- We share stories, challenges, potential solutions, victories and everything in-between
- I also run a page and a newsletter with the same name, 'Green Disability'.

- I believe every story is a mosaic of challenges and triumphs, and my duty is to foster an environment where all these stories can be told and celebrated.

- Maintaining weekly, biweekly, and monthly data reporting and presenting findings to organizational members
- Maintain close communications with founding members to ensure the initiatives are allocating resources in the direction of the organization.

- I am trying to ensure that the value of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility are reflected in all aspects of the Astrophysics department's operation, including workforce development, research, project implementation and community engagement.
