• Implemented the e-material flow system at HMCL Neemrana as well as Chittoor plant.

• Supply chain management of India & China suppliers
• Material Planning & procurement related to 2w Parts (Brakes, Gears & Shaft, Suspension, Piston/Liner etc.) Resolving all Quality issues jointly with Q.A
• Assessing supplier capacity by regular audits on quarterly basis
• Auditing supplier process & other supply chain aspects to evaluate supply base health.
• Monitoring & controlling inventory to maintain DOH/ITR on daily basis.
• Controlling ECN implementation in supplier’s parts.

Project Undertaken :-

• Define the requirements of Supply Chain module in SAP. And implementation of the same at H-D INDIA & H-D US Plant. Onsite presence at H-D US for 2 month.
• Improving the process of BRAKE SYSTEM manufacturing to meet the product quality.
• Inventory control for local & imported parts (37 DOH to 21 DOH).

• Led the implementation of JPS (E-Kanban System) for Production/Material planning at Bawal, Chennai & Banglore plants.
