

Hello, I'm Puneet, born and brought up in Bikaner. I completed my MBA in Human Resource Management with a minor in Marketing from RNB Global University. I began my HR career with an internship at Elements HR Services, a recruitment services provider, where I developed recruitment skills and successfully mapped two job offers. I then joined Cog Culture as an HR Executive, which is an advertising and digital marketing agency with over a decade of expertise in advertising. My responsibilities included recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, employee grievances, and offboarding. After 1 year and 8 months, I joined OLIVER Agency, also in the advertising business, where my role expanded across the APAC region. I handle shared services for 5 regions, focusing on admin and operational duties, including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and offboarding. Additionally, I manage case management via ticketing tools, handle HRIS and data accuracy, troubleshoot with operations teams and stakeholders for process improvement, and ensure compliance for reports and audits.
