Utilizing HRIS system for candidate #onboarding tracking and maintaining employee personnel files.
● Completing I-9 forms and other compliance documentation for employees. o Processing, verifying, and maintaining accurate and complete candidate related documentation. Ensuring secure filing of electronic and paper copies.
● Assisting new hires in completing onboarding documentation. Reviewing documentation to ensure compliance.
● Ordering and monitoring progress of candidates’ background checks and drug screenings.
● Using existing guidelines and critical thinking skills to assess candidates’ background reports in order to clear them for joining.
● Serving as a point of contact for candidate inquiries, concerns, and grievances; having a “service first” mindset is essential.
● Discussing company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures with candidates.
● Actively communicating with #Payroll and other departments to provide accurate and timely information.
● Providing support to several account managers for onboarding functions. o Assisting Human Resources Manager with completing audits as needed.
● Working in an office setting using standard equipment, i.e., desk phone, SIP phone, printer, scanner, email, paper, and electronic files.
● Using the Microsoft Office suite of software and the #CEIPAL HRIS platform.
● Knowledge of principles and procedures for employee onboarding, training, benefits, employee relations, and experience with personnel/HR information systems.
● Maintain accurate up to date files, records, and documentation.
● Full Employee engagement, assisting with general employee inquiries & company benefit programs.
● Track birthday/anniversaries, surveys and feedback, etc.
● Respond to employment verifications, reference letters, insurance benefit inquiries.
● Assist with year-end employee tax forms, insurance tax forms, employee census data and memos.
● Maintain employee data and reports, respond to invoice payments and open invoices, assist with booking events and travel.
● Assist with COIs and renewals. Keeping up to date with workers comp payments.
● Coordinating with employees for incomplete harassment training.

● Responding to Unemployment Claims and Employment Verifications
● Assigning Anti-Harassment Training to new candidates, following up and assisting in completing the training.
● Assisting candidates with queries related to W2's and paystubs.
●Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations. Participate in development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and standard reports for ongoing company requirements.
●Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs.
●Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole, and to improve employee experience.
●Ensure legal compliance of HR state and federal regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and/or procedures as required.
●Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience.
●Handle all administrative tasks for on boarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance.
●Be the primary backup for payroll processing, including; bi-weekly and semi-monthly updates to employee files, bonus/incentive pay, tracking vacation/sick pay, importing expense reimbursements, inputting exceptions, hourly employee validations.
●Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contributes to the development of policies.
●Communicate with public services when necessary. Involving in Employment Verification (E-Verification) Process through respective portal-USCIS once Employee Successful Started Working with the Client. ●Coordinating with Client POC with Employee status In Screening Process. Performing to record the up to date remarks in the internal portal’s (ATS) with regards to Employee Status-Screening Process.
●Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
