Utilized ServiceNow to track NIS requests and optimize workflows, fostering a

Directed the full project lifecycle for global account Deutsche Bank, from initial
requirement gathering and solution design to final hardware installation.

Coordinated complex hardware build Servers by liaising with On-site Facilities and Vendor teams.
Managed network allocation using NCP and MIRA portals for IP
reservations and subnet queries to ensure infrastructure readiness.
Supervised the procurement lifecycle, reviewing patching sheets during the design phase and coordinating with procurement for Quotes and Purchase Orders (PO).
