Developing a migration roadmap to eliminate downstream consumer dependency on InvestOne by mapping data transition from shadow records to golden data source (TPA records or investment accounting records)

Fund Accounting Migration:
- Delivered $3M in cost savings by transitioning UK fund accounting operations (25 FTEs) to JPM over 18 months with zero business disruption, paving the way for an additional $27M in savings through permanent removal of in-house accounting operations
-Led end-to-end migration of fund accounting for 100+ funds to TPA, ensuring seamless trade flow setup
- Facilitated stakeholder engagement for trade processing, including communication channels, message formatting, and rigorous testing. Oversaw technology development for the project, ensuring system readiness and integration.
- Captured and integrated TPA data into internal systems, aligning with the specific requirements of 15+ downstream consumers.

Location Strategy- Achieved $4M in annual savings by successfully migrating a 30 FTE workload from multiple onshore locations to Bangalore, driving efficiency through governance frameworks, operational playbooks, and structured training.

Workforce Upskilling: Strengthened location resiliency and reduced SME dependency by creating SkillShare, a digital learning suite tailored for 350 employees across 10 locations, supporting long-term development and operational excellence.
