The HP Workforce Experience Platform (WXP) is a digital workplace solution that provides proactive IT support through real-time monitoring and automated remediation. It helps organizations improve productivity, enhance the digital experience, and ensure secure remote operations. We create different types of policies—such as BIOS Update, BIOS Settings, BIOS Authentication, and Driver Update—and assign them to two types of groups: Static groups and Dynamic groups.

• Designed and enhanced Python + Pytest + Selenium automation framework
• Implemented POM architecture for scalable and maintainable UI automation
• Developed Pytest fixtures and custom utilities
• Integrated automation suite with Azure DevOps pipelines for continuous testing
• Configured automated test execution on Pull Requests using Git Bash
• Improved execution performance with pytest-xdist parallel execution
• Performed root-cause analysis (RCA) for flaky tests and increased pipeline reliability
