• Company Overview: SEL is an ISO 9001:2015 Certified manufacturing company with wide range of products like 1 ph Static Energy Meters, Circuit breakers, Tap switches, Breathers, Porcelain insulators, Powder paints, Lightning arrestors, press boards, compressed wood laminates, AB switches, DO Fuses, LTDB's and Rural electrification items and export of Circuit Breakers to USA since 1996.
• Reporting to CEO, M/s. Samrakshana Electricals Limited.
• Responsible for getting approval of GTPs & Drawings as per Customer Technical Specification.
• Responsible for complete production activities as per daily and monthly Production targets.
• Organize daily Meter Division and Circuit Breaker division coordination meetings and weekly management review meetings to discuss work status and plans.
• Responsible for Customer / Third party inspections.
• Preparation of MIS reports and resolving production issues as and when required.
• Create Shop floor Production plans, Production procedures and standard operating instructions from functional specification and design documents as per Standard Guidelines.
• Adopting new production techniques and fixtures to get maximum productivity.
• Find out root cause analysis of reported defects; work with Design engineers to facilitate timely closure; verify resolution of resolved defects.
• ERP functionalities in SEL: Purchase: Creation of Purchase order and get its approval. Manufacturing: Create production orders as per monthly plan. Sales: Order management.

• Worked as a supervisor in the assembly department. I am well conversant with the assembly of BALL SCREW & NUT ASSLY, VERTICAL HEAD ASSLY and BASE SHROUD & Fin ASSLY, NOZZLE SHROUD ASSLY; INTER STAGE 1/2 ASSLY, which are used in AGNI MISSILE-1&2.
