Primary Responsibilities:

• OPT Escalation Team: Conduct research and manage WFC escalation items and RNC items.
• Paradigm Escalations: Handle escalated for paradigm clients, ensuring timely resolution.
• Returns Processing: Process returns for multiple clients with a focus on accuracy and adherence to requirements.
• Jurisdiction Calls: Contact jurisdictions to obtain missing or delinquent information, as well as details related to assessment notices.

Additional Contributions:

• Serve as the team’s "Fun Spoke," organizing team activities and celebrations to enhance morale.
• Provide support to new hires, assisting them in learning processes and adapting to the team.
