Experiences and Responsibilities

• Handling of 4000+ contract workmen statutory compliance – Mines & Non-Mining Area's.

• Auditing & improving the amenities conditions and facilities at both office and workplace areas.

• Daily MIS preparation and monitoring of HR/IR related works.

• Make sure that the Mines Act of 1952, BOCW Act 1996 and the Factory Act of 1948 are followed on the availability of amenities such as drinking water, fountains, washrooms, rest rooms and ambulances.

• Ensuring adherence to the need to keep registers for relevant laws and regulations.

• Looking after the employees onboarding to F&F settlement process and system enhancement.

• Ensuring and monitoring vendor compliance with PF ECR and ESIC by the 15th of each month, paying wages by the 7th of each month, and adhering to WC policy, Attendance tracking ,MIS Report.

• Update records of local employement as per Jharkhand State Govt. Guidelines every 15days and share to upper management.

• HR legal compliance annually, half yearly forms submitted in government office.

• Staff vehicle Management (travel desk) and management of Guest Houses cum office.

• Security Control and management.

• Contract renewals and amendments.

• In charge of tailoring welfare and amenities strategies and policies, as well as making sure that the various welfare and amenities needs are interpreted and used.

• Cross checking of attendance i.e., daily production report and monthly register, Maintaining good relations with local bodies, politicians,police, Gram Panchayat, Local land holders etc., Contract labor management & handling of all kinds of IR issues,day to day disciplinary affairs daily workplace issue of laborers, Addressing community concerns and resolving grievances..

• Time office functions like attendance tracking, payroll inputs and report generation, leave updating and overtime hour record monitoring and housepkeeping, PF & ESIC tracking and filing, EPF & pension claiming works for employees.

• Vendor Panel Onboarding and F&F process.

• Legal and statutory compliance of HR related works on quarterly, half yearly and annually basis and submission of the same in Govt. Offices.

• Liaison works with client and govt. bodies.

• Training and development of employees and workmens through L&D.

• Take Ownership in ensuing the welfare facilities such as canteen, restroom, toilets and other requirements as provided the CLRA and BOCW act and maintain well in line with the company. Ensure to drive equality in applicability of these facilities among all categories of employees including contract labour laws.

• Coordinating with local stakeholders and community representatives, engaging with government departments for approvals, permits, and clearances.

• Facilitating communication between the organization, local people, and authorities.
• Conducting CSR activities camp and community development programs in nearby communities.

• Establishment and Handling OHS Medical Centre Operations and maintaining related records.

• Organising projects progress parties,employee welcome's, Birthday's and Picnic's.
