• Project 1 :FileNet is being used as repository for case Manager UI. User can create, Update, search, delete and retrieve a document in FileNet. APIs were used for these services and an ICN URL will be generated when User retrieves a document. Security Proxies and Folder Security were implemented for the security of the documents based on the line of Business. Deployment of EAR is done by BIH team and requirement gathering and analysis used to happen directly with the client. Presented business leaders with cost-benefit and return-on-investment estimations to drive project planning and execution.
• Project 2 : IBM CMOD is being used to store high volumes of documents for the client. Users can search and retrieve the documents from OnDemand Client. Documents will be archived based on a retention period.Monitored and frequently reported on project status to clients and verified all projects met client requirements and quality standards.

• Project 1 :Documents belonging to different Line of Business exported to FileNet Repository where the documents were classified into different categories. Administrative privileges were provided to users to create, search, delete, retrieve and update the document in FileNet repository through the front-end Application. ICN URL was provided to the front end application UI based on the search criteria of the User.
• Project 2 :Scanned documents from third party service were processed, sorted into different classes and exported to FileNet repository. These documents further go through retention and are converted to records. ICN desktop entry templates were created to add the documents from the ICN URL. Various customizations were provided for the desktop using EDS, Response Filters and other plugins and some out of box features like Drag and drop.
• Supported technology design, testing and execution by providing research-based product and process knowledge.

• Loan Services, Bankcard, Bankruptcy and Document Tracking Systems were initially developed with FileNet v5.1 APIs. As part of migration, All the configurations were updated from v5.1 to v5.2 and all the applications were modified to use the latest API methods

• Loan Services, Bankcard, Bankruptcy and Document Tracking Systems were developed to integrate the core technologies necessary to automate the document processing system. Once the paper documents have been imaged, they are fed into follow the designed workflow for their specific applications. There are multiple stages involved to evaluate the document based on multiple criteria’s such as user steps, background steps and web services. All of these applications are developed in Trex (Transaction Express) framework and this is highly configurable and extensible Graphical User Interface (GUI) that dynamically allows for the display, update and management of workflow data. It also provides flexible framework for managing background processes that are common to workflow systems. This framework use IBM FileNet BPM to design all the workflow needs and use IBM Image Services, IBM FileNet Content Manager to store all the documents in the repository.
• Developed the interface and programs from ground up using measured, market-focused approach to eliminate waste and streamline implementation cycle.
