• Prepare the plan v/s machine and Calculate the OEE
• Based on OEE find the week area plan for improve action to be take.
• Prepare shift manpower arrangement for all shifts.
• Estimate costs and prepare budgets
• Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
• Monitor production to resolve issues
• Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.) need check their report.
• Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
