Margin expansion projects were evaluated, and necessary financial support was provided. Worked closely with operations team to meet AMEA region's margin expansion targets.
• Actively collaborated with Ops team, IT team, and planning team to develop Distress Inventory logic and processes. Huge volumes of data were managed from many SAP tables, including SD, MM, PP, and FICO. Mentored team on developing simulations and dashboards.
• Created and streamlined process for periodic review and updating of ZRA1 factors for Europe, which has aided in reducing freight absorption variance, freight recovery through market pricing, and reduced margin erosion.
