Improves time to resolution and proactively resolve potential problems. transform support operations from a reactive, break-fix mode to a proactive, predictive and prescriptive customer experience. Responsibility Leading 2 different teams consisting 10-12 people. One team is responsible for writing rules for core ddlog engine. Other team is developing a tool to make rule writing experience smooth for customer representative. I am responsible for all design decision/architecture related discussion for tools and POC for all kind of support for rule engine or tools. Also develop features and fix customer issues/deployment issues. I have designed this tool right from scratch. I also mentor and help junior team members to debug the issues, and better code writing skills.
