We at Tool & Die Plant makes dies and Robotic Weld Lines for all new Mahindra projects. We have capability to deliver complete weld line solution so we did it for our new THAR, XUV700, XUV300, Marrazo, Jeeto, Furio Truck Project. We have also done many brown field projects.

• Leading team which is responsible for development of Spot welding, MIG welding fixtures for Green Field and Brown Field projects

• TAL Manufacturing Solutions Ltd 100% subsidiary of the, Company, one of the prominent players in the Design and manufacturing of Welding Fixtures, Vertical machining center, Horizontal machining center, Special Purpose Machine and Material Handling equipment. TAL is in design and manufacturing of BIW fixture tooling, BIW prototype fixtures, Heavy fabrication fixtures, Robotic welding setup, Robotic welding fixtures, complete BIW formation and spot welding fixtures. Valuable customers are TATA Motors Ltd Pune and Jamshedpur, J.C.B Faridabad and Talegaon, International Auto Ltd Jamshedpur, TELCON Jamshedpur and Daimler Chrysler India

Key Activities -

• Complete Robotic Arc welding setup for JCB Faridabad for loader Tower, Boom & Dipper. I have done complete robot programming, logic development from robot side for complete auto cycle, parameter finalization such as current, voltage and welding speed.
• Offline programming of robots by using simulation software like IGRIP, Roboguide.
• Executed project like X1 hatch back (new Indica), X1 sedan, World Truck, One Tonner & Microbus and short Indigo Prototype fixtures for TATA Motors, Pune .
• For Daimler Chrysler India, complete BIW welding line for their new model CKD 204. Complete BIW fixture as well as complete facility development for BIW welding line was done by us.
• Design inputs for BIW welding & construction equipment fixture designs
• Responsible of manufacturing of the BIW at proto type phase.
• Project planning, project execution, project monitoring and evaluation, Execution, Project driving. Bought outs ordering & negotiations.
• Fixture assembly, tryouts, proving & dispatches.
