- Making Production Plan in coordination with sales team and wine making team and accordingly Planing of Production and Dispatch.
- Monitored over 30 employees' day-to-day activities and made plans to rectify issues resulting in optimum Production output.
- Handling Overall excise work of winery like ,making of Transport permit for export and within state dispatch,get it sign by related authority for Smooth dispatches.
- Prepare and Submissions of applications like MRP approval, label approval for new Products ,Lab sample Approval ,Barcode approval etc, also handled the Process of approval of new license for fruit wine and FLW1 license for trade of wine.
- Monitoring Production activities like harvesting (from selection of raw material to crushing ),Bottling,labeling etc. Building Plan for every Production activity according to dispatch and stock in hand. management of worker for the same and work of goal base program for increase of production with reduction in production cost.
- Updating weekly Stocks record of finish goods,semi finish good, raw material , wine in tank etc. and reporting same to the respective seniors.
- Placing of new or shortfall material request the purchase department and maintain followup for same and maintain inventory record for same .
- Handling of primary technical maintenance activity if any accurse in PRoduction line etc and resolve it on priority basis. if require coordinate with supplier,maintenance engineer for the same and get it done on priority .
- Reduced operational risks while organizing data to forecast performance trends.
- Managed purchasing, sales, marketing and customer account operations efficiently.
