* Give Proper Training to New Joinees on Project and Company SOP.
*Assign roles and responsibilities to team members.
*Lead the preparation and scheduling of site visits, aligning with project
*Act as the main point of contact during the site visit for both clients and team members.
*Ensure the team follows the visit plans, meets deadlines, Targets and addresses issues proactively.
*Monitor team performance and ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
*Hold team members accountable for assigned responsibilities.
*Review visit reports and submit data to relevant departments.
*Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers using a prepared script or pitch.
* Coordinate and schedule site visits with clients.
* Ensure all Site visit details are confirmed and communicated to Sales Team.
*Arrange Transfortaion if customer requested.
*Answer product-related questions and provide detailed information.
*Handle objections and convert inquiries into SV and potential sales
*Followup Preospct customers for Site visits and Booking
*Meet Weekly and monthly call and SV conversion targets.
*Prepare call reports and submit regular performance updates to Team Leaders
*Adhere to Sales SOP and Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism during all Customer interactions.
