Sales Role:

• Finding new contacts and dealers in different countries.
• Business promotion in Asia (Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh), Africa (Nigeria, Senegal, Ghana, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Chad, Republic of Guinea, etc.). And some Middle Eastern and other countries.
• Sending quotes, price discussions, and order finalization.
• Generating leads, sending promotional messages via email, or calling.
• Brand promotion of the company by participating in international exhibitions and conferences.
• Follow up on RFQ (online inquiries) and convert the lead into orders.
• Brand/product promotion of the company through WhatsApp, Facebook, or other social media platforms.
• Follow up with R&D and Regulatory for document preparation as per the requirements of the dealer to register the product in their country.
• Searching for new dealers and distributors in assigned countries as per requirements.

Service Role:

• On-site installation of all equipment manufactured by RMS India.
• Online support for the engineers installing equipment at the end user.
• Responsible for medical and product training for customer staff.
• Online software installation and demo.
• On-site demo of medical equipment.
• Arranging and dispatching the material from the head office to the end user.
• Traveling within or outside India as per requirements for installation or service.
• Knowledge of X-ray, C-arm installation, demo, and service.
• Installation of different medical devices: Radiology, Cardiology.
• I visited Nepal, Bangladesh, and Kenya for service.
• Taking feedback, suggestions, and/or complaints from the customers using the products.
• Follow-up with the production & quality team before dispatch to avoid any problem at the customer end on our products.
• Medical diagnostic equipment manufacturing company associated with the fields of Neurology, Cardiology, Physiology, Radiology, X-Rays, C-Arms, Patient Monitoring, Laboratory Equipment, etc.
