BLDC motor driver with arduino -designed a motor driver circuits which provides a 3 phase power supply according to rotor positing of motor by analyzing hall sensor data of motor using arduino. - Arduino drives a power IC to provide a 3 phase power supply to BLDC motor.
Instrument Cluster-dashboard display GUI development & Interfacing with car system - Developed a GUI for car dashboard. Installed this GUI in HMI touch display & interfaced with car system & signal box. - Arduino senses all system & feed this data to GUI display.
Speed Measurement using Inductive sensor & Arduino - Measures real-time speed of vehicle by sensing pulses from inductive sensor.
Infotainment Display for car dashboard - Touch display interfaced with Raspberry pi. - An image of 'Android Auto' is run by Raspberry pi.
Distance Measurement using Ultrasonic Sensor - Measures clear space and detect any object if exist in safe distance of backside vehicle & helps during parking
Password based Circuit Breaker using DS2401 -for Lineman safety which can be operated by only authorized person using password.
Smart Temperature-Humidity display device with Fire & High Temperature alarm - this display realtime temperature & humidity of surrounding. - at high temperature or fire condition emergency light & buzzer gets turned on.
Smart Electric Car with Regenerative Braking
-Designed a fully automatic EV which has better efficiency because of regenerative braking. All logic & control circuits (wiring), signal system box, regenerative braking system is installed.
