• Monitoring of server infrastructure on Zabbix monitoring tool and checking the servers Disk space, queue and its load.
• Creating and managing host records in DNS, troubleshooting DNS related issues and DNS shifting.
• Management of Zimbra mail servers, G-suite administration of client's domain.
• Managing Zimbra patch levels and upgradation.
• Troubleshooting Zimbra related issues and coordinating with OEM to resolve in timely manner.
• Providing Email security and giving Assistance on its related issues.
• Handling the Mail clients related issues on L1 & L2 level.
