Project Description: SF_Implementation_HR_Transformation_CIO is an SAP SuccessFactors project. The SAP SuccessFactors suite comprises various talent tools organized into modules. These capabilities encompass the traditional four pillars of human resource management: recruiting, learning and development, performance management, and compensation management. Additionally, the suite includes onboarding and time and attendance software, along with modules for workforce planning and people analytics.

Contributions:

• Followed Agile methodology, participating in sprint planning, grooming, and retrospective meetings.
• Utilized TRICENTIS TOSCA Testsuite effectively to ensure proper business compliance after close collaboration with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated understanding of functional flow and automated both web-based and desktop applications using TRICENTIS TOSCA Test Suite.
• Worked with various sections of TOSCA such as Modules, Test Cases, and Execution Lists.
• Gained hands-on experience in running scripts in Scratchbook and Execution Lists.
• Engaged in configuring Test configuration Parameters, Action modes, Configuration Parameters, and Steering Parameters.

Project Description:Bell Canada, a telecommunications company, targets a large consumer base through its website, bell.ca. The website offers various services in Canada, including Home Phone, Internet, TV, and Mobility, allowing customers to purchase new products and manage existing ones. The Test Center of Excellence (TCoE) aims to provide efficient, independent, and integrated testing solutions to ensure delivery confidence and reduce overall testing costs.

Manual Testing & Test Process Contributions:

• Collaborated effectively with Business Analysts and Application Managers for clarifications on Requirements/Use cases and to meet deliverable deadlines for Various Projects.
• Verified the application against requirements.
• Participated in daily scrum meetings to discuss progress on assigned tasks.
• Reviewed requirements documents to create detailed test cases from scratch.
• Performed Functional, Ad-hoc, Regression, System Integration, Smoke, Sanity, and end-to-end testing.
• Conducted manual testing of web-based applications in multiple browsers.
