Description:

• Malaysian-Airlines Is SAS based project which deals with handling customer data. Works on ETL and database storage technology involving wide range of tools such as SAS DI, SAS EG etc. Deal with multiple ETL'S which will run on daily basis which will be helpful in analyzing the data and create campaigns on top that by third party vendors, Also Deal with Real Time application called OMS(OFFER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM). All these ETL'S are related to customer transactional data and few ETL's are related to reporting which will be useful for Business.
• Debugging the issues in real time production environment and resolving the issues in a quick time.
• · Resolved 97% of the incidents within its SLA.
• · Member of migration activity.
• · Responsible for generating monthly report in OLAP cube by windows task scheduler.
• · Responsible for creating user profile & providing Adobe campaign access.
• · Involved in resolving ETL failures and creating Disaster recovery scripts for the failures.
• · Responsible for extract, transfer and loading huge amount of data to various teams across the project.
• · Cleaning the data and perform any variable transformation that seems appropriate.
• · Worked on the Ad-hoc requests arise by the clients and submitted on time.
• · Involved in migration from SAS 9.3 to 9.4
• · Used sas eg to check the process table entries and status of the ETL's .
