Project : Automated Incentive Calculation

• Project involved calculating incentives of salespersons in the education domain based on their targets and benchmark set by the organization.
• Conducted EDA on multiple files containing information about students, admissions, and salespersons using Excel, Pandas (Python) & SQL queries.
• Implemented an automated mailer system to deliver daily sales updates to the client.
• Created a dashboard using Power BI to visualize the final file containing information about total admissions, admission by channel, total amount received, and salespersons who haven't achieved their targets.

Project : Payroll Sync Dashboard

• Led a project as a data analyst for a payroll client to provide comprehensive data analysis and reporting services.
• Managed the entire project from scratch, including data collection and processing, while ensuring confidentiality and privacy.
• Cleaned and pre-processed the data using Python scripts and SQL to keep all confidential information secure and protected.
• Created a process-specific database and conducted EDA to uncover trends and patterns in the data.
• Delivered a summary report to the Dashboard team, which was used to create interactive dashboards in Power BI to provide real-time insights into employee's CTC, attendance, leave & incentive details.
