Roles And Responsibilities

  • Ensure QA&CS management Systems are in place through regular monitoring / verification of various reports / records prepared / maintained by QC Checkers / Lab Assistant.
  • Conduct / Review HACCP once in a year or in case of any change in process.
  • Conduct Dummy Recall once a year to ensure positive traceability.
  • Verify, validate manuals / documents.
  • Carry out Internal audit to ensure GHK, Systems and Procedures are in place. Initiate CAPA in case of any deviation.
  • Ensure Legal Compliances – PCRO, PFA
  • Training people on Quality and Consumer Safety.
  • Review / Highlight quality related issues in Monthly QRM.
  • To draw action plan in light of discussion towards further improvement of quality in the factories.
  • Confirm any change in plan from previous shift officer.
  • Check availability of manpower and prioritize machine booking based on manpower, material and plan.
  • A guidelines Check all packed Noodle packets quality in the beginning of the shift as per established norms
  • Ensure all GMPs are followed
  • Ensuring all CCP & OPRPs are in place
  • Checking of blocked product for any quality defect
  • Ensure high levels of HHK/GHK on the shop floor at all times.
  • Documents prepare on BRCGS, HALAL, HACCP ISO 22000:2018, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018
