Lead end-to-end recruitment for white-collar and blue-collar roles., Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning., Conduct interviews, finalize selections, and manage onboarding., Identify training needs through TNA., Develop and execute the annual training calendar for staff and shop floor employees., Conduct induction, soft skills, POSH, and safety training., Monitor training effectiveness through feedback and performance tracking., Maintain and update employee master data and HR records., Oversee time office, attendance, and leave management., Ensure timely salary inputs, payroll coordination, and HRMS updates., Handle contract labor documentation, monthly billing, and CL compliance., Coordinate goal setting, mid-year, and annual appraisal processes., Align employee objectives with business goals., Support department heads in reviewing and rating performance., Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Maternity, etc.)., Prepare for internal and external audits (ISO, IATF, CSR, Safety)., Maintain up-to-date documentation and close audit observations on time., Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and resolve conflicts., Escalate sensitive issues as per escalation matrix., Conduct HR connect sessions, exit interviews, and follow-up actions., Plan and execute engagement initiatives: festivals, birthdays, rewards & recognition, etc., Implement welfare activities: transportation, uniform, food, medical camps, etc., Maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe work environment., Organize women-specific forums, sessions, and safety programs., Serve as POSH committee member or coordinator., Organize awareness programs and ensure compliance with the POSH Act., Provide a safe working environment, especially for women employees., Prepare and present monthly HR reports: headcount, attrition, training hours, etc., Conduct regular safety inspections and internal audits of equipment, work areas, and facilities., Prepare and submit audit reports, risk assessments, and follow-up actions., Assist in preparing for external audits (EHS, ISO, customer audits)., Coordinate plant-level Safety Committee Meetings., Act as the secretariat for safety-related programs and initiatives., Follow up on decisions made in safety reviews and ensure implementation., Plan and conduct safety induction for new employees and contract workers., Organize regular safety awareness sessions, toolbox talks, and fire drills., Ensure job-specific safety training and refreshers are completed on time.
