• Led the New FC expansion project from theCategory team for Flipkart Grocery, increasing the number of fulfillment centers from 5 to 32.
• Successfully program-managed end-to-end launch process from confirming locations, getting the selection, finalizing demand from supply planning, onboarding vendors, raising POs, and ensuring timely supply. Resulted in 85% selection availability for customers upon launch.
• Established presence in new locations including Guwahati, Malda, Ludhiana, and Hubli.
• I also lead the planning of the private label, which accounts for 14% of overall GMV. When I Started, Instock for PL was around 72% and we are now are now at 85%.
• The Instock improvement came from raising POs on time by calculating the OP% from the past sale data, reducing oversell from 12% to 6%. And the other 7% improvement came from supplier engagement.
• I also optimized purchasing by working on lead time and cycle time for suppliers, which reduced DOH from 30 to 24. This also reduced the liquidation from 9% to 3%.

• Successfully led end to end in stock management for Southern warehouses that contributed ~ 36% of GMV
• Presenting business performance metrics in weekly/monthly business reviews
• Identified excess inventory and developed sales plans to sell inventory, reducing liquidation by 2%.

• I worked on the marketplace team supporting buyers and marketplace sellers in the end-to-end vendor journey
• Starting from onboarding to payment, if there are any questions, the seller contacts the seller support team
• We analyzed the pattern of seller requests and automated the item preparation process, reducing 58% of ticket creation
• Managed a team of 6, reduced first response time from 12 hours to 4 hours, and reduced resolution time from 72 hours to 56 hours.

• Identifying the potential sellers, Presenting the business plan, and convincing vendors to join Inkmonk Market Place
• Assisting sellers in setting up a seller account with Inkmonk, Identifying the categories they belong to, and obtaining pricing information to post their profile on the website
• Adding new categories to the site by analyzing product demand and working with the product team to create the category in the catalog
• Successfully onboarding and managing over 100 sellers for 18 different categories across India
• Collaborated with the product team to create the bidding platform where sellers can bid directly for customer requirements.

• Worked with vendor negotiation team where we successfully generated $1 million in revenue from 1500 tier 3 sellers for the US marketplace
• Worked with the product team on a project called 'Key Phrase Extraction'
• KPEX is an interface where when 1000 related products are entered, the system creates logic and fills back the data for the next 10000 products.
