Project: Systems Engineering

• Leading team from the scratch of the project starting the project alone and to a maximum of 18 members.
• Responsible for process improvement activities in the previous process deliverable, finalizing requirements and specifications in consultation with Engineering and Production Departments.
• Conducting review meetings with stakeholders on a weekly basis in order to discuss and eliminate the shortcomings in the process and to improve the process efficiency in a less time.
• Performing testing, resolving complex technical issues, implementing upgrades and providing technical support to the end users.
• Supporting IT in delivering the Team Center Visualization in collaboration with Active workspace usecases acting as a TC Viz consultant.
• Develop a planned time line and strategies for data migration including the POC development, pre-migration and post migration tasks
• Interacting with the vehicle cross functional team to meet requirements for volume of System Requirements, Regulations, FMA Documents (DFMEA, P-DIA, SCCAF, DVPR & PFMEA) and Boundary Diagrams.
• Experience in handling the team on various issues ranging from new task to delivery related issues. Suggesting new ideas and preparing technical documentation for smooth execution of projects within the time and cost parameters.
• Selected as an On-Site coordinator and was about to travel FORD MOTOR COMPANY, MICHIGAN, USA.

Project: Vehicle Architecture

• Responsible for Performing digital mock-up analysis of revised CAD models using Teamcenter VismockUp (DMU)
• Positional Assessment of Carry Over automotive parts in New vehicle models.
• Maintain the positions & identifying the Interference issues.
• Involved in Assembly modeling and collision identifications.
• Responsible to create the assessment for issues and interacting with clients to ensure architecture is aligned with system requirements.

Project: DPA

• Responsible to Check the compatibility of parts at static and dynamic condition of the vehicles.

Project: Comprehensive Digital Vehicle (AVBOM, EBOM)

• Responsible to support CDV Modelers, D&R Engineers, Variant Managers, managing SIT Runs, Teamcentre data management.
• Responsible for Managing the quality & Completeness of BoM for FORD vehicles by conducting Global BoM audits from PS to FDJ.
• Work directly with Program Analysts to ensure accuracy and completeness of the bill of material.
• Creating Reports and audits for the vehicle cost analysis process and to align the BOM data as per the input from D&R engineers.
• Ensure 100% CAD - BOM match in Teamcentre
• Provides Engineers with the latest information/ issues in a BOM.Run the Structure Import Tool (SIT)/Configuration Management Tool (CMT) which is responsible for the End item configuration in Teamcentre which updates the Variants and aligns CAD accurately

• Maintain the Design plastic products information according to client requirements.
• Identifying any changes and making final modifications in components.
• Generation of drawings for part models.
• Knowledge in reverse engineering and convert IGS to parametric solid models.

• Preparation of parametric modeling for the part drawings offered.
• Conversion of 2d pdf drawings to 3d models.
• Involved in product design updation for Automotive Air Cleaner Components.
