Oversee the operations of the 336 room inventory hotel's core departments of Food and Beverage, Front Office , Housekeeping, Engineering, Security and Training.

  • Enhanced operational efficiency: Improved efficiency and productivity throughout the hotel through streamlining check-in/check-out procedures, optimizing housekeeping floor schedules, and implementing combined inventory management for food and beverage.
  • Guest experience: Implemented training programs for staff to understand and enhance customer service. Detailed focus of guest touch point experiences and developing personalized guest services. The complex was able to improve the H2 GV numbers by 12 points, hence CY closing with K goal.
  • Financial performance: Contributed to the financial success of the hotel. This involve identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality in rooms and food and beverage operations. Contributed in revenue streams through upside of 10% in F&B and 9 % in MOD revenue in H2 2023.
  • Quality standards: Through rigorous quality assurance measures and regular audits, we ensured adherence to brand standards and guest expectations. The results are highlighted on our BSA audits results during the tenure, with score of 100 in 2023 and 94.4 in 2024 in-person audit. We also achieved all green in GFSA pointers.
  • · Sustainability initiatives: Leading as sustainability champion for the property, achieved a K goal for 2023. Implemented 9 Marriott sustainability initiatives. Working on currents projects of, sustainability certification, energy conservation measures and waste reduction programs.
  • · Associate development: As reporting manager for training, work closely with Training Manager to implement training and development programs to empower staff members and creating a positive work environment. All training parameters for 2023 were successfully in K, including IJobs implementation.
