I am currently working as an Associate consultant in KPMG Delivery Network. I have a total of 4 years of experience in Oracle cloud ERP. I have implemented Sourcing and Supplier Qualification Module with multi round Negotiations and Qualifications. And also I worked as an Oracle functional consultant in Cognizant Technology Solutions. I have a total of 3.10 years experience in Cognizant Technology Solutions. I have a total 12 months of work experience in implementation/roll out/ hypercare of oracle cloud SCM project involving Inventory and Order management. I have worked in a Post Implementation support project for Oracle cloud ERP financials modules such as Procurement, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION(Safelite):

Implementation of a project for a retailed client based out of the US, who is involved in manufacturing of glasses required for vehicles. Modules involved in this project are Inventory and order management modules. There were a lot of integrations involved in this project with the third party systems. Around 71 stores went live during the first phase.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Involved in the Functional Set-ups for the Inventory and Order Management Modules.
• I have configured 71 stores in the instances.
• Worked on preparing data for loading into the system through ADFDI.
• I was involved in preparing User Document and training documents.
• Functional Testing of all Modules during all the stages of the Project.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION (Hilton Grand Vacations):

Support for the already implemented finance project for client-based US, who is involved in Hotels and resorts management. Modules involved in this project are Procurement and Accounts Receivables and Projects and HCM modules. Implemented common Business unit for accounts receivables. Experienced in managing and configuring security within Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, including user provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and security policy management. 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Involved in the Functional Set-ups for the End-to-End implementation of a common business unit.
• The common business unit has 140 connected Business units.
• Worked on preparing data for loading into the system through CSV.
• Support for procure to pay module.
• Certified in Oracle Procurement cloud
• Provided functional support for Oracle Fusion Procurement modules including requisitions, purchase orders.
• Troubleshot procurement configuration and transaction issues and coordinated with technical teams for resolution.
• Performed functional testing and validation for system changes, enhancements, and patch updates for Procure to Pay process.
• Experienced in configuring data access for business units, ledgers, and procurement roles while ensuring secure and compliant system access.
• Proficient in supporting segregation of duties (SoD) compliance, performing user access reviews, and troubleshooting security-related issues.
• Skilled in creating and customizing job roles and duty roles using the Security Console, managing user access, and implementing data and function security policies.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION(ATCO Canada):

Implemented Oracle Fusion Sourcing and Supplier Qualification Management (SQM) to streamline the procurement lifecycle by enabling efficient supplier negotiations, evaluation, and qualification processes. The project involved configuring sourcing events such as RFQs, RFIs, and auctions, along with setting up supplier qualification areas, questionnaires, and risk assessments. The implementation improved supplier onboarding, enhanced compliance, and enabled better supplier performance monitoring through standardized qualification processes and reporting.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Gathered and analyzed business requirements for sourcing and supplier qualification processes.
• Configured sourcing negotiations including RFQs, RFIs to support procurement activities.
• Set up supplier qualification areas, questionnaires, initiatives, and evaluation criteria. Managed supplier registration and onboarding processes through the supplier portal.
• Prepared functional documentation including FDD, configuration workbook.
• Performed functional testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
