Implementation of a project for a retailed client based out of the US, who is involved in manufacturing of glasses required for vehicles. Modules involved in this project are Inventory and order management modules. There were a lot of integrations involved in this project with the third party systems. Around 71 stores went live during the first phase.

The project involved configuring sourcing events such as RFQs, RFIs, and auctions, along with setting up supplier qualification areas, questionnaires, and risk assessments. The implementation improved supplier onboarding, enhanced compliance, and enabled better supplier performance monitoring through standardized qualification processes and reporting.
