• Content verification and correction for Statement of Work for project.
• Identify the stakeholders and arrange for kick-off call.
• Discuss about the project plan with all the stakeholders and create a final project plan. Also create a cost estimation for the project.
• Give the inputs to planner and help him to create the project plan.
• Identify the risks associated with the project and create a risk control plan.
• Set the project, sub-project and related networks in Jira and SAP.
• Run daily financial reports and keep a check on financial health of all the running projects. If necessary, add capital to the required project.
• Run the report to check the status of project and its related accrued amount.
• Proactively check the milestones and follow up with the related teams to make sure project is running as per schedule.
• Make sure the project progress is communicated to the stakeholders on regular intervals.
• Make sure work is done as per defined quality standards and as per customer requirements.
• If the project missed SLA, then perform a Root Cause Analysis and work on corrective actions.
• Prepare the forecast budget for each month and also provide the financial triage every week.
• Perform the data analysis and create a dashboard for the weekly review with onshore primesPreparing process flow, FMEA & Quality checklist.

● GPON Service Inventory Management system, using GIS tools such as FMS, Spatial Net, MyWorld, Jira and Order Management System.

● Preparing process flow, FMEA & Quality checklist.

● Doing Quality for the team.

● Preparing Presentation for the calls with client.

● Providing training to the new team members.

● Interacting with Design Team and technicians to help them process the order.
