• Handled end-to-end Demand Management. Review and analyze open demands and offer pipelines to provide insights to improve future hiring process and methodologies to fulfill delivery needs.
• Work with the Business Leads to understand their requirements and plan the finest Resource Management and Demand fulfillment strategies.
• Proactively identify and diagnose issues in the recruitment process to drive effective outcomes. Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to identify training plans for talent development. Partner with delivery leaders to understand revenue-losing demands, strategize, and plan faster fulfillment.
• Manage available bench within SL and strategize re-skilling/up-skilling of resources with high bench aging.
• Handle current and strategic demand fulfillment through various channels.
• Responsible for preparing and circulating various reports and dashboards to stakeholders and leadership.
• Data analysis and resource utilization, demands, resource availability, hiring pipelines, timesheets, resource allocation, skills, and CV compliance.
• Plan and execute a rapid hiring process for critical demands.
• Help leaders on recruitment process and talent management for better talent enablement and hiring plans.
• Implemented effective bench management strategies, maximizing resource utilization through proactive allocation and reallocation initiatives.
• Create Demands, Modify Demands, Perform Project allocations, deallocation by using the R2D2 application.
• Weekly, prepare Bench Report, Roll-Off Report, PSCM Report for internal assessment.
• Identifying supply from internal bench, upcoming roll off, liaise with other staffing team members within BU, CRMG, and other BUs.
• Closely work with BU Leads for new demands and plan to supply right candidates.
• Bench Management: effective utilization of resources, allocations, and reallocations.
