IBM, Guided Buying (Client SAP Ariba), Guided buying (GB) application is a procurement principle that aims to ease the employee purchasing and employee spending process., Worked on Customer raised SNOW/Jira tickets, investigated thoroughly while going through diagnostic/splunk logs, debugging the code and made java code fixes accordingly. Worked on Data fixes manually and also through java script automation. 

IBM, AMPD (Client ATT), Alternate Media Platform (AMPD) application is a project which comes under the Billing Domain.,  worked on making java code changes if and when new requirements/fixes were needed. also worked on tickets which required thorough investigation of the data files present in prod server and data stored in DB (PostgreSql) and java code fixes. Worked on making shell script changes, and have done system testing, Monitored the jobs of AMPD, identified failures and their root causes, provided fixes, and generated detailed analysis and reports.
