1. Logistics Transportation System (Germany - Leipzig).

• Part of the pilot batch supporting 4PL end-to-end transportation (air, ocean, and road modes of transportation) for a client based in Germany.
• Working as an SME, closely with the projects team, to transition the process from the client to Accenture.
• Analyzing the potential demands from various markets in Europe (Spain, Italy, and France), and meeting their expectations accordingly.

2. Global Trade Compliance (United States of America).

• Reviewing import and export documents for audit purposes for the client, thus making sure that the client is in compliance with the customs rules and regulations of the region.
• Checking past quarterly transactions to understand the material and inventory loss, to ensure such losses are avoided in the future.
• Monthly analysis of raw materials and finished goods to check for inventory mismatches or discrepancies.
• Performing root cause analysis to prevent wastage, thereby increasing efficiency.
• A part of the training conducted by the client for Harmonized Tariff Schedule Classification for Internationally Traded Goods.
• Making sure that clear communication is maintained with the client, and providing them with the best service for their requirements.

• Analyzing the purchase requisitions raised by the Warehouse Managers of different states within India
• Located and qualified suppliers, assessed pricing structures, negotiated prices, and thereby submitted the selected suppliers for approval by the Head of Procurement and Projects.
• Produced comparative spreadsheets detailing prices, payment terms and delivery schedules.
• Once approved, onboarded vendor details on SAP.
