ApexHCM is Human Capital Management company. Under the Affordable Care Act (ACA) companies must submit information returns to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) reporting on individual’s health insurance coverage. Company is required to file electronically if submitting 250 or more returns. In this project we build complete service to send 1094 and 1095 forms to IRS and hence saved cost of around $70K yearly that they paid to third party vendor.

ApexHCM is Human Capital Management company. Xero is an accounting application which is currently not integrated with Apex but there are certain clients which uses manual Exports of Payroll data to integrate that data with Xero. We did this integration project where Apex system can directly integrate Payroll data with Xero System.

Project description:

It was Fixed Price Project which we build it from scratch as there was no existing legacy system. The client was working on manual excel and mail communications for the same. Understood end to end functional requirement from the given BRD and clarified all the gaps.

• Translate stakeholder requirements into over 10 different tangible deliverables such as functional specifications, user cases, user stories, workflow/process diagrams, data flow/data model diagrams.

• Conduct 5+ levels of testing including functional, regression, user acceptance, integration and performance to verify the client’s needs are met.
