- Presently working as P&M coordinator at ROGC -DBN (Shutdown), C2 Complex.
- Client Bill certification of mechanical activities at ROGC DBN, C2 Complex.
- Understanding of job of each area to finalize appropriate crawler crane/Tyra Mounted Crane deployment as per configuration. In line with job, location wise crane mapping sheet prepared & circulated to stakeholders/P&M team for mobilization of cranes.
- With proper planning & scheduling Mobilization of Crawler cranes in ISBL area had done with following Permit systems.
- Maintained deployment status of P&M on daily basis & circulated to DBN team.
- Validation of log sheet of utilized P&M on daily basis for 35 No cranes, 28 Nos Trailer along with 4 pick & carry deployed for ROGC DBN project.
- Proper planning of deployment of P&M on priority basis for erection activity, internal shifting of new spool / dismantled spools shifting etc. including internal shifting of crawler cranes/TMC (250/200 MT capacity).
- Dealing with P&M team/O&M for additional requirement of cranes/trailers/pick & carry and communicate to P&M for extension of de-hiring date of hired cranes.
- P&M related issues of site had sorted out and monitoring of P&M to ensure that resources are being idled and on daily basis Site visit carried out where crawler cranes /TMC were deployed.
- Assist O&M team for P&M requirement with proper time management so that no work progress to be hampered for our shutdown related job.
- De-hiring of crawler cranes/TMC have been done with proper planning along with permits systems.
- QSD ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the implementation of terms and condition of MOU contracts(cost plus Percentage), Unit rate, lumpsum, LSTK, through QS functions.
- All Standard procedures for preparation of Client Invoices like Piping, structure, Equipment, Painting, Scaffolding, Insulation, Manpower, NDT, Heat Treatment etc. are Formulated & Circulatedwith due approval from Management.
- Final Processing Invoices \ Bills for Payments of Contractors & Vendor in line with the Contractual Documents & Obligation.
- Implementation of automation tool for verification of scope of quantities of ISO/Drawing.
- DOR & Mode of Measurements are reviewed for all claims pertaining to both FIM & Non FIM related Works.
- All the Invoices are processed with due knowledge of EIC & all compliances pertaining to with techno commercial requirement & Work orders.
- All Originals of supporting documents pertaining to Claims are mandatorily verified.
- Possess in depth knowledge in soft skills to extract & work on Data in SAP User functions pertaining to mechanical services to support invoice Processing.
- All meeting pertaining to the Techno commercial issues related to Invoices are Recorded in MOM & Circulated to all stake holders.
- Preparation of QR & find Variances between the Client approved & Vendors (PRW) Subcontractors paid quantity in MOU works, Any Excess will be published for recovery.
- After final certification prepare Value Addition/Engineering sheetbased on actual deduction of quantities in bills.
- As a Lead, delegate QS related Jobs to team members and extendsupport on need basis to trouble shoot & accomplish the TASK.
- Coordinate with Stake holders, P&C, Construction, and QMD &FC&A for smooth processing of the QS functions.
- Approval of JMS / Abstract sheet in SAP.
- Documentation is saved & preserved in both hard & soft forms for Management AUDITS.
- Coordination & Clearing techno commercial audits by Management audit cell like KPMG on QS Functions Pertaining to Mechanical works.
- Organize & provide training to QSD team and RIL Construction as well as contractor Engineers for acquaintance of scaffolding mode of measurement and Piping /Structural/NDT/Heat Treatment mode of Measurement.
- Share Data Pertaining to Quantum of Scaffolding & Supporting activities for contract cell to derive the Unit rate for Piping & Structure works.
