An IT support and network engineer will take ownership of researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve system and network issues, including account setup and network configuration. I am familiar with remote desktop applications, server maintenance, LAN & WAN, and help desk software that can provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.

Support Package Installation:
MS Security updates Installation
Perform server firmware, driver and software updates on a monthly & as
needed basis.
Manage and Update SOPHOS Central Admin
Ensure adequate SOPHOS end point agent antivirus protection & solutions
are maintained and updated.
Manage and configure limited access for Internet.
Manage and configure D365 apps.
Performance Tuning & Monitoring:
Daily System monitoring
Monitor Event Viewer logs.
Server performance Monitoring
Scheduled Maintenance task.
Basic Activities:
Troubleshoot and resolve the issues against user requests.
