1. Lead preparation of Annual implementation plans for rural development schemes including Natural Resource Management works across districts.

2. Prepare and oversee a schematic convergence plan and effectively coordinate with district officials, line departments, and central ministries.

3. Regularly monitor progress using digital tools like MIS, GeoMGNREGA, and Yuktadhara.

4. Skill building of staff and stakeholders for better implementation of Schemes.

5. Preparation and delivery of high-level official presentations, reports, notes, and government resolutions (GRs) that effectively communicate critical insights and policy directions to senior government leadership.

6. Facilitate effective implementation of projects, monitor and follow up on regular basis.

7. Plan and implement awareness campaigns and community engagement strategies.

8. Identify and promote innovative approaches and technologies.

9. Provide feedback from the field for policy formulation and improvement and recommend solutions for implementation bottlenecks.

10. Demonstrated a strong willingness and contributed beyond his core domain, be it in Swachh Bharat Mission-Gramin (SBM-G), Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Gramin (PMAY-G), Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchayee Yojana (PMKSY), Gujarat Livelihood Promotion Company Ltd (GLPC), Mission Amrit Sarovar 2.0 or other cross-functional responsibilities.

1) To assist Project Manager in day to day functions.

2) Take up the overall responsibility of facilitating the preparation of strategic and annual action plan for watershed development projects

3) Make Detail Project Reports and present to SLNA and attend all review meeting at SLNA

4) Providing professional technical support to PIAs in planning & execution of watershed development projects

5) Carry out regular monitoring and evaluation

6) Facilitate co-ordination with relevant programmes of agriculture, horticulture, rural development, animal husbandry, etc with watershed development projects for enhancement of productivity & livelihoods.

7) Providing technical expertise in scientific planning of the watershed programme

8) Making field visits for ensuring effective implementation of the watershed programme
