Infrastructure:
• Setting up dedicated learning paths, assessments, and digital credentials for for Educators and students through Brillium, Accredible and Content Raven. Ensured to touch base with students at different levels like Awareness or literacy, Proficiency and Specialization.
• Developed Academic Alliance Partner Portal using Salesforce Communities and Managed day-to-day operations of alliances by providing content updates, program updates, and event updates.
• Building and maintaining web pages using Contentful and Collaborated closely with marketing team members on events like Academic Summit, Academic Alliance awards, Visionary Educator awards, etc.
Communication and Operations:
• Facilitated Cert Prep Bootcamps and Educator Enablement sessions for educators (1000+). Developed and maintained relationships with partners to ensure alliance objectives were achieved.
• Developed effective communication through Newsletters using Marketo and ensured effective support for the partners through the Helpdesk. I have setup the helpdesk and worked with the COE team in implementing a chatbot for the support.
• Monitored program impact through surveys and feedback forms, implementing improvements based on results.
• Promoted program internally with the Sales and Customer-facing teams to keep the customers informed on the Talent pipeline we are building.
Internal Automation:
• Identified processes that can be automated – sending welcome emails, issuing certificates and badges, and ensuring the integration by working with the CoE team.
