• Working as a Team leader for 12 members team, managing their performance against the business standards and providing feedback by conducting one on one regularly. Participating in requirement gathering and requirement analysis with senior managers and stakeholders. Used internal software tools for annotating images, text, videos, audio and labeling for building the artificial intelligence algorithm of home robot. Audited the annotations performed by the annotators to meet the high standard in annotation quality and to enhance the algorithm performance. Have 4.5 years of hands-on experience on Bounding box annotation, pixel level annotation(segmentation), labeling/tag annotation etc. Drive operational improvements which resulted in saving time and improved quality work. Created SOP for various processes based on the process guidelines given by the stakeholders.
