• Responsible for the preparation of financial statements for two listed and one unlisted entities with combined turnover of Rs.xxx crs+.
• Coordination with internal and external auditors to address audit queries and ensure timely closure.
• Manage closure of IFC audit by external auditors for FSCP-related processes.
• Execute monthly account reconciliations and MIS reports as part of the monthly closure process.
• Preparation of debtor ageing for monthly stock statements filed with banks.
• Preparation of unhedged foreign currency exposure(UFCE) certificates for the two listed entities and getting the same audited by the statutory auditors.
• Coordination with third parties to get networth/turnover certificates on an ad-hoc basis.
• Conduct annual valuation of CGUs using the DCF method for impairment testing, reviewed by senior management and statutory auditors.
• Solely responsible for IND AS 116 accounting for entire HT Media Group.

Special Projects:

• Part of the team which lead automation of financial preparation process by collaborating with consultants (PwC) and developing a proprietary tool.
• Part of the task force assessing financial impacts of new labour codes introduced by government in Nov'25.
• Lead a balance sheet hygiene/correction review for the two listed entities and set up processes to ensure improvement of balance sheet hygiene.

• Received an 'outperformed' rating in 5 out of 6 half yearly appraisal cycles.
• Received special recognition from VP-Finance for independently handling the yearly financial statements preparation and audit closure of two listed entities in my first year in the absence of any immediate reporting manager.

• Conducted statutory audits for listed clients with turnover exceeding Rs. 9000 crores in the FMCG sector.
• Obtained deep understanding of clients to perform variance analysis and reviews of key financial reporting areas.
• Prepared audit reports in compliance with applicable reporting standards.
• Performed stock counts of clients in the Automotive, FMCG and Lifestyle sector.
• Managed multiple clients simultaneously ensuring timely completion under strict timelines.
