- Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct sales, channel partners, and referrals.

- Develop and maintain a healthy sales funnel through proactive lead generation, customer meetings, and market intelligence.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs/IT Heads/Procurement) in client organizations.
- Ensure regular follow-ups and post-sale engagement to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and offering tailored telecom and cloud solutions.
3. Solution Positioning & Consultation
- Provide technical and commercial consultation to clients on Postpaid Plans, PBX, IVR, Toll-Free, and Cloud Telephony (Hosted PBX, SIP, PRI replacement).
- Work closely with solution architects or technical teams to customize offerings for client requirements.
- Conduct product demos and proof of concepts (POC) as needed.
4. Coordination & Execution
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Pre-sales, Service Delivery, Network, Finance) for seamless onboarding and implementation.
- Ensure timely order processing, documentation, and activation of services.
- Track the progress of service delivery and resolve any implementation issues.
5. Reporting & Forecasting
- Maintain up-to-date CRM entries (e.g., Salesforce/Siebel) for accurate forecasting and pipeline tracking.

- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings in the telecom and cloud telephony domain.

- Ensure all sales activities and contracts comply with Vodafone Idea policies, TRAI regulations, and relevant telecom norms.
- Manage end-to-end documentation including KYC, commercial agreements, and SLAs.
