  • Started working with PGS in December 2021.
  • As part of the pilot batch for the business, my responsibility was to understand the process and streamline it.
  • In October 2023, I got promoted to an SME role.
  • I was responsible for internal audit and collaboration with the Home Office team for the regular BAU work and the work that was coming in.
  • In December 2024, I got promoted to the Lead Trainer role.
  • New responsibilities include onboarding and industry training for new joiners.
  • Assisted with the development of learning objectives and course outlines for each training session.
  • Facilitated problem solving workshops designed to improve team dynamics among employees.
  • Coached staff members on best practices for delivering effective instruction techniques.
  • Along with this process-related training, raising access was also a part of the role.
  • Application Used: JIRA, Maine Frame (SEI), Salesforce, Workflow, Adobe Sign, and a few internal applications.
  • Researched, recommended and implemented electronic learning management system to efficiently record and track training activities by specific employees.
