- While working with one of the leading clients – ‘Shell’ in the capacity of a Sr. Business Analyst administered One Time Cost Estimation Toolkit (OCET), an IT Project in the company.
- Leading a project for connectivity - LAN IOS Upgrade , which includes a world wide stakeholder management task and coordination.
- Using SQL for drilling down data and practicing data warehousing
- Implementing established policies, system monitors and controls to ensure the successful management and reporting of all corporate initiatives in the program
- Expertise in driving vision and road map across various assignments; equally adept in architecting business solutions using ground up development
- Proven skills in Project Management; handled the multiple portfolios as per the core business objectives; developed internal project management tool and drafted SOW by identifying Scope, Schedule, Budget and Resource plan
- Defining service standards & guidelines that serve as benchmark; presenting various weekly/monthly MIS reports pertaining to process and productivity
- Monitoring all project tasks and ensure compliance to all timeframe and resolve all issues according to required project plan and administer everyday activities and assist to resolve all issues within organization.
- Analyzing all team work performance and ensure achievement of all objectives within required deadlines and monitor all system functionality
