• Trouble ticket handling in NCT for the Nokia NetAct, and providing their RCA and resolution.
• Ticket handling: Analyze the escalated customer tickets, provide solutions to the customer, escalate to the next level/R&D in case a solution is not possible, and provide information to R&D for further handling.
• Sound knowledge of the integration of GSM network elements, like BSC, RNC, core elements, PACO elements, and OSS, and its troubleshooting in respect to OSS.
• Configuration, formulation, and generation of reports of various network elements using Report Builder (a reporting tool in NSN NetAct systems).
• Activities for NetAct, such as Alarm Buffer creation, Measurement Buffer creation, adding the crons, and checking the functionality of backup, both online and offline, are working fine for Unix systems and database servers.
• Hands-on experience in integration, technical troubleshooting, and OSS/NMS solutions.
