Understanding of core CIC architecture, switchover processes, upgrade procedures. Develop system integrations between Pure Connect and other platforms used for member and health management. Ability to design and implement customizations in Interaction Designer Design and build interactive, personalized, and self-service IVRs to improve member engagement and experience. Ability to design and implement interaction flows in Interaction Attendant & Interaction Dialer. Installed/Configured HMP, Media servers, Sales Force, Genesys Dialer, Attendant, ASR, TTS, Proxy servers, Interaction Administrator for System Configuration, custom Dial plans, Line config's, ICBM, Supervisors etc. Deployed PureConnect Interaction Connect applications on AWS cloud (Plug & play) using Lambda, ECS, EC2, S3, API Gateway, Code Commit etc.
